This site is owned, operated and maintained by The Mercury Alliance, LLC, the leading Colorado real estate brokerage devoted exclusively to the needs of America’s lenders in the management, valuation, sale and disposition of their 1-4 family properties located from the Wyoming border south to approximately Castle Rock, Colorado. The site is updated daily with additions, deletions and status changes. Our listings can also be seen on www.BuyBankHomes.com. Unless otherwise noted, all properties listed on this site are the result of a completed foreclosure sale or a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure.
As you will see if you have visited our site: www.TheMercuryAlliance.com we currently operate two offices in Colorado, with our primary office being conveniently located in Downtown Denver and a satellite in Loveland.
The mission of this site is very simple. Our goal to provide consumers and investors enough information about the properties we have been selected to list, manage and sell so that you can make intelligent decisions about your level of interest.. To fullfull that goal, each property will be clearly labeled as to status: “Coming Soon”, “For Sale”, “Under Contract” and “Sold”. Moreover, each property will have the MLS number, a marketing description as well as the facts about the property, current photographs, and other information that may assist a homeowner or investor in their purchasing decision. If you are interested in any of our properties please contact our office for a showing through our Buyer’s Broker.
Selling foreclosures is not complicated, but our clients do have specific requirements for the consideration of offers and certain universal disclosure language and limitation of warranties. The Mercury Alliance, LLC publishes an email blast called The Mercury Alert. The Alert is sent to brokers, consumers and investors at the end of each week. If you would like to receive The Mercury Alert, please call our office at 303-832-2120 if you would like to be added.
If you are an investor and wish to develop an on-going relationship with The Mercury Alliance, LLC. Mr. Di Mercurio, the Employing Broker and Owner, from time–to-time accepts new investor clients. To become and Investor Client, however, you must schedule at least one 30 minute interview personally with Mr. DiMercurio in order to determine and review your investment objectives, financing capabilities and type and purpose of residential investment vehicles.
